The hotel is located conveniently close to shopping malls and has easy access to a business center. the facilities provide a variety of services such as printing and are well maintained. the staff is accommodating and courteous.

The outdated decor and cleanliness issues detract from the overall experience.

Spacious rooms, upgraded to executive suite, elegant and comfy. Soundproof rooms, no traffic noise. Abundant hot water, great shower. Staff effective, nice and accommodating. Good breakfast, buttered croissant is a must-try. Temperature-controlled swimming pool. Great location near attractions.

I travelled almost all over the Middle East Never stay in such a dirty, un organized.. no hot water, no room service, receptionist is not co-operative.. wrong prices..Food is un eatable.. all stuff are helpless. no wirless internet no LCD screen and no remote control it was not working I will never stay or recommend this Motel ( Hotel is not the right ward in our case) I cannot believe this hotel is 5 stars I stay before in 3 stars hotel and it was much better than this place.. For god sake delete this Motel from you list

The hotel gave my business trip a very comfortable feeling. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location is just perfect for business guests who need easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Additionally, I was impressed with their professional and attentive staff who were more than willing to accommodate my needs.

While the hotel is great overall, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The air-conditioning in the room could have been better as it was a bit noisy and would switch on and off. Also, the breakfast menu seemed limited and could have had more variety.

We stayed in the Grande Suite. It was very big and nice. Plenty of space for everyone. Room service was available and arrived on time.

The only problem we had was that the bath tub was clogged. All the water was coming out yellow then just sat in the tub. The maintenance did arrive within an hour and fixed the tub.

Great location near shopping and entertainment. Nice facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and gym. Superb breakfast with fresh juice and fruits. Friendly staff and valet parking available.

Nothing everything was great.

It was unpleasant stay!! I've called the reception to help me in the Internet connection and the guy who responed was aggressive ! He told me he will send me someone to help and no one came!! Another issue was room cleaning ! I seriously don't recommend it.
